- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
FormsReady provides a form backend service that allows you to collect form submissions, send notifications, and integrate with various tools and services.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- The content submitted through your forms

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.
6. Limitations
In no event shall FormsReady or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

FormsReady reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
